WHY SERVPRO - Learn About Some of our Friendly Staff

As the sales and marketing representative of SERVPRO of Jefferson City I have had the opportunity to see the best side of every member of our team.  Yes, I realize we can’t have the best of days every day, but why would I want to focus on anything besides the best.  Honestly, "the best" is what I see the most in our office.  For example, our office manager, Lisa, no matter how busy her day, she always gives her best.  She answers the phone professionally with a congenial “SERVPRO of Jefferson City, this is Lisa, can I help you?”  Doesn’t get any kinder than that, does it?  Kind and pleasant wins “every time” in my book.  Of course, on occasion she gets dealt the cranky customer card on the other end of the line; but she is good at managing the conversation, she’s a good listener and she doesn’t take their negativity personally.
